At Totality Medispa & Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for most unopened and unused products. Please note that prescription-grade formulas and open cosmetic items are final sale due to safety and hygiene regulations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original professional packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Medispa

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our main clinic address; please retain your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
